Trent Nessler, PT, DPT, MPT

Trent NesslerTrent is Area Vice President for Physiotherapy Associates in TN and AL and owner of Accelerated Conditioning and Learning (a web based provider of research based sports performance education and programs, www.aclprogram.com).  He holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology, a masters in Physical Therapy and Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a focus on biomechanics and motor learning.  Trent has been treating high school, collegiate, and professional athletes for over a decade and has also worked with employers and teams to develop exercise programs to help reduce work and sport related injuries.  As a part of this, he has developed a movement assessment (Dynamic Movement Assessment) which uses video (Dartfish) technology to capture and assess abnormal movement patterns in cheerleaders which put them at risk for injury and decreased performance.  Currently, he is authoring a book on movement assessment to be published in 2012 with Human Kinetics and teaching on this subject matter nationally.
